摘要: Abstract The clinical significance of cytologic examination was studied in 114 patients with ovarian cancer who had received preoperative examinations. overall positive rate the examinations 26.3% (30 114): 22 (19.3%) cases cervicovaginal smears while 13 31 endometrial aspiration (41.9%) were positive. not related to volume ascites but rather its presence or absence. Thus, if observed, about 2.1 times higher than it absent. In two four no invasion a ascitic fluid, fallopian tube specimens contained cells; this suggests that cells may reach cervix and/or vagina by passing through tube, particularly is present. Since examination, especially smears, shows high are observed abdominal cavity, cytology should be used as an important ancillary method for assessment cancer.
