摘要: The integrated landscape approach is re-emerging in the global agenda as an which can give a fair deal to functions such climate change response, biodiversity conservation, food security, poverty reduction and economic growth. However, transformational might be required enable landscapes respond these different functions. This due sensitive nature of local, national economic, social political drivers. Based on policy instruments, this paper presents situational analysis concept Cameroon, operationalized Technical Operation Units (TOUs) context present institutional, social, features, it examines rationale for Cameroon. We notice potential trade-offs, indicating that opportunity TOUs Firstly, are characterized by multiple resource regimes with overlapping claims each having legal land allocation management plan. Secondly, stakeholders, land-use interests motives, controlling key components landscapes. Thirdly, motives stakeholders overlap spatially connected sectoral policies at level. setting threaten decision making sustainability potentials Nonetheless, we propose areas in-depth studies generate knowledge information orientate win–win construction relevant ecological objectives underpin sustainable development goals proposed post-2015 agenda.
