摘要: In team collaboration we deal with among members that may either belong to the same enterprise (intra-enterprise collaboration) or belonging different companies (e.g., in research projects). Social media provide an efficient and accessible means of encouraging supporting working together on shared objects, i.e., performing collaborative tasks within these teams. Due ease use access, especially small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) profit a lot from social collaboration. Based number case studies application SMEs, analyze adoption implementation, motivation their benefit, success factors utilization for To set allow detailed comparison in-depth analysis multiple studies, standardized study structure is introduced.
