摘要: Salinity is the main abiotic stress that limits rice (Oryza sativa L.) production worldwide. An association mapping project was designed to validate quantitative trait loci (QTLs) in associated with Na+, K+ and Ca++ accumulation traits identified our previous study of linkage mapping. Twenty four varieties/lines were phenotyped for biochemical yield traits. Among these varieties/lines, two parents, Pokkali IR-36, also included. For marker-trait assessments, both general linear model (GLM) mixed (MLM) analyses performed. Thirteen significant associations at P ≤ 0.001 identified. Associated markers RM503, RM225, RM152, RM254 located on chromosomes 3, 6, 8, 11, respectively. Previously QTLs Na+ uptake, total cations uptake ratio, Na+/K+ validated this study. Heritability values ranged from 1.00e-05 1. Linked RM140, RM243, RM203, RM480, RM137, 1, 5, These will be a valuable resource marker-assisted breeding (MAB) approach develop elite salt tolerant cultivars. This demonstrates potential previously QTLs.
