Formation, structure and magnetic properties of Nd3Fe26.8?xCoxV2.2 compounds

摘要: Single-phase Nd3Fe26.8-xCOxV2.2 compounds with Nd-3(Fe,Ti)(29)-type structure have been synthesized successfully for x =: 0-12; and their structures magnetic properties were investigated by x-ray diffraction measurements. The Curie temperature increases drastically increasing Co content from 500 K = 0-847 12. All the show a spin reorientation transition as decreases. Spin T-sr shows an tendency exception of minimum at around 6. Saturation magnetization monotonically content, which can be understood in terms rigid band model. anisotropy field 5 decreases content. easy-plane-type room series is not suitable permanent materials.
