摘要: The electric quadrupole splitting of the Na23 nuclear magnetic resonance has been measured in single crystals as a function pressure and temperature for NaNO3, NaBrO3. It is found that field gradient at sodium nuclei varies V—3.8 NaNO3 V—2.0 These results, together with previously reported V—1.9 dependence NaClO3, are compared theoretical values computed from point charge models crystal lattices. concluded large volume arises anisotropic thermal expansion compressibility hexagonal plus retention size configuration NO3— group. experimental results NaClO3 can be explained same manner, assuming rigid ClO3— group; however, this model does not account V—2 coupling observed assumed rigidity group supported by small dependenc...
