摘要: What is it like to be a scientist at the end of 20th century? How have shifts in power and assumptions about knowledge affected scientific practice? Who are people behind new technologies, how do they address difficult moral professional issues during time global change? This work explores these other important questions approach next millennium. 24 contributors from broad range fields present voices scientists themselves.
