摘要: As awareness of climate and environment issues increases consumption habits change, new opportunities are opening up for the forest industry wood construction to develop functional green solutions meet consumers’ needs. Wood is a versatile raw material only renewable material. The manufacture products structures consumes little energy in comparison similar made other materials. Unlike materials, most needed derived from sources. global timber sector currently faces dual challenges meeting growing demand quality minimising possible adverse impacts on human health. Major sources environmental occur throughout supply chain sawmills final products. major objective this paper explore ways reduce products, specific objectives include identification mechanisms assessment status GHG emission during processing manufacturing as well identifying potential minimize these impacts.
