摘要: Anaesthesia and surgical stress can affect renal function body fluid regulation indirectly as well directly. The indirect effects, through influences on haemodynamics, sympathetic activity humoral regulation, are more pronounced than the direct ones. Inhalational anaesthetics generally reduce glomerular filtration rate urine output, mainly by extra-renal effects that attenuated pre-operative hydration. Opioids, barbiturates benzodiazepines also output. of regional anaesthesia seem to be less those general related changes in systemic haemodynamics. These peri-operative alterations usually transient clinically insignificant. Mechanical ventilation decreases volume sodium excretion an extent depends increase intrathoracic pressure, though ADH release, unloading baroreceptors activation renin-angiotensin system may involved. which dose- agent-dependent include autoregulation blood flow, alteration effect ADH, tubular transport organic acids. only proven toxic any anaesthetic agent is fluoride-related toxicity methoxyflurane.
