摘要: Helminth parasite infections are associated with predominant Th2-type cytokine responses, and glycoconjugates have been recognized as partially responsible for such immune bias. It has proved that Echinococcus granulosus evokes a pattern characterized by high production of IL-4, IL-5, IL-6 IL-10, no or mild IFN-γ levels in animal models patients cystic echinococcosis, respectively. Here, we show E4(+) (a glycoconjugate-enriched fraction from E. protoscolex) stimulated the secretion concentration IL-6, followed IL-10 TNF-α normal peritoneal B cells. We determined bound to surface cells induced their activation and, also, triggered differentiation into IgM-, IgG2b- IgG3-secreting T-independent way. Interestingly, IgM released -stimulated mice protoscolex antigens. Results showed that, after encounter antigens protoscolex, source cytokines polyclonal antibodies, some which recognize antigens, suggesting can condition outcome infection.
