摘要: BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Intracranial hemodynamics are important for management of SOAD. This study aimed to monitor peri-stent placement intracranial CirT patients with SOAD. MATERIALS METHODS: Twenty-five received stent extracranial ICA stenosis, and 34 normal were recruited as controls. Their color-coded DSAs used define the Tmax selected intravascular ROI. A total 20 ROIs ICA, OphA, ACA, MCA, FV, PV, OV, SSS, SS, IJV, MCV selected. rTmax was defined at region interest minus cervical segment (I1 on AP view IA lateral view). PV CirT. Intergroup intragroup longitudinal comparisons performed. RESULTS: values cohorts follows: ICA-AP, 0.12; ICA-LAT, 0.10; A1, 0.28; A2, 0.53; A3, 0.81; M1, 0.40; M2, 0.80; M3, 0.95; 0.35; 4.83; 5.11; 5.17; 6.16; 6.51; 6.81; MCV, 3.86 seconds. Before placement, arterial ROIs, except A3 prolonged compared from control subjects ( P < .05). None any venous in stenotic group significance. After all shortened significantly, A1and M3. Poststenting not different group. CONCLUSIONS: Without extra contrast medium radiation dosages, quantitative DSA enables real-time monitoring peri-therapeutic SOAD .
