摘要: A series of methods and nuclear models for describing the properties ground excited positive-parity states even–even deformed nuclei are described tested on practical problems. The experimentally observed low-lying studied systematically, structure wave functions rotational levels is analyzed. role angular M1 resonance in mixing with different internal configurations discussed. predictive powers demonstrated.
