摘要: Summary Geographical information systems (GIS) facilitate the incorporation of spatial relationships into epidemiological investigations wildlife diseases. Consisting data input, management, analysis and presentation components, GIS act as an integrative technology in that a range very varied sources can be combined which describe different aspects environment wild animals. The analytical functionality is still evolving, ranges from visual to exploratory modelling methods. Output generated by map format has particular advantage allowing implicit representation dependence intuitive manner. becoming essential component modern disease surveillance systems.
