摘要: Hepatitis A virus (HAV) was isolated directly from human feces and propagated serially in an HBsAg producing hepatoma cell line. No cytopathic effect observed the tissue culture no detectable amounts of HAV were present supernatant fluid. However, increasing hepatitis antigen (HAAg) detected by radioimmunoassay extracts obtained freezing thawing cells. Specificity HAAg determination shown neutralization with convalescent sera marmosets experimentally infected MS-1 strain absence this preinoculation sera. first after four weeks extract cultures inoculation 10(2)--10(4) infectious doses second passage.
