A method for recording and erasing information

摘要: A method for recording and erasing information by irradiating a specific medium with single laser beam, which is applied two different intensities respectively crystallizing layer of the amorphizing medium. According to present invention, both can be simply performed using beam changing only its intensity between according pattern corresponding predetermined information. The material comprises Sb, Te, Ge at least one element selected from group consisting Pb, Bi, In, Sn Tl.
