摘要: Hafnium doped barium titanate ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The structural, microstructure and ferroelectric properties analyzed with varying Hf concentration. It is found that crystal structure of solid solution remains in tetragonal phase decrease tetragonality increasing ion grain growth habit significantly depending upon remnant polarization coercive field decreased along narrowing central portion hysteresis loop double loops are associated onset an antiferroelectric order it increased
