摘要: Abstract Objective A clinical pathway is one of the tools used to support decision making that provides a standardized care process in specific context. The objective this research was develop method for building data-driven pathways using electronic health record data. Materials and methods We proposed matching rate-based mining algorithm produces optimal set orders each stage by employing rates. To validate approach, we utilized two different datasets deidentified inpatient records directly related total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) rotator cuff tears (RCTs) from hospital South Korea. derived were evaluated with knowledge-based models professionals delta analysis. Results Two pathways, i.e., TLH RCTs, produced applying algorithm. identified there significant differences between models. Additionally, based on our outperformed experts, average rates 82.02% 79.66%, respectively. Conclusion will be helpful supporting decisions applicable medical practices.
