摘要: Abstract A micellar electrokinetic capillary electrophoretic (MEKC) method was developed for the simultaneous assay of three anthraquinones (rhein, emodin and aloe-emodin) two anthrones (sennoside sennoside B) in Chinese herbal preparations. The carrier composed a buffer solution (10 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate, 12.5 dihydrogenphosphate 15 borate) acetonitrile (3:1) found to be most suitable electrolyte this separation, whereby contents these anthraquinoids rhubarb-containing preparations could easily determined within 30 min. effects surfactant concentration organic modifier (acetonitrile) on migration separation solutes were also studied.
