摘要: In the culturing of micro-organisms, non-microbial turbidity in supernate is prevented by including an adsorbant for components which cause such turbidity; e.g., lipoproteins and/or chylomicrons, with being soluble culture media. The sediments components, and particularly effective media include anticoagulant. Carboxy Methyl Cellulose a adsorbant.
