摘要: A novel method for sensing low abundant lactose in small sample volumes is proposed. It based on a pyroelectrodynamic jet (p-jet) system able to concentrate the molecules onto solid amine support easy and rapid detection through fluorescence measurement. The p-jet produces droplets with sub-picoliter accumulated microscale area of order reduce diffusion limits typically occurring standard well-based assays. highly reproducible linear response was obtained between 2 pM/μL 10 pM/μL. great advantage technique ability directly ready readout measurement by scanner. No time-consuming expensive treatments are needed. proposed rapid, suitable repeated use providing built-in quality assurance.
