摘要: A practical classification of placental maturity changes has been developed based on a review multiple ultrasound evaluations texture over 4 year period. This grades placentas from 0 to 3 according specific ultrasonic findings at the basal and chorionic plates as well within substance organ itself. The 129 patients were graded this system time evaluation. Eighty-six had classified Grade 1 or greater all these lecithin-sphingomyelin (L/S) ratio determinations performed. Mature L/S ratios (2.0) found in 68% I (21/31), 88% II (28/32), 100% III (23/23). These results suggest correlation between maturational placenta seen by fetal pulmonic indicated ratio.
