摘要: Background: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for pain offers an alternative to traditional Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) approaches. ACT focuses on the enhancement of ‘psychological flexibility’ that enables individuals pursue their values goals despite pain. To assess specific treatment effect or mediators moderators change, questionnaires measuring constructs are needed. Methods: The Psychological Inflexibility in Pain Scale (PIPS) was translated into German completed by 182 participants with chronic back (70.3 % women, age 51.0 ± 10.5 years). Item analyses a confirmatory factor analysis were computed as well correlations Chronic Questionnaire (CPAQ), which measures related, but slightly different ACT-related constructs, self-reported disability, intensity further pain-related questionnaires. Results: reproduced original structure two subscales good fit. internal consistencies Cronbach’s α = .91 (Avoidance) .26 (Fusion). Average item-whole items respective r .71 .20 highest observed Avoidance CPAQ (r= .81), Tampa Kinesiophobia .58) Catastrophizing (r .56) Fusion subscale willingness .55). PIPS predicted disability even after controlling catastrophizing fear movement. Conclusions: may be valuable instrument processes future RCTs. seemed more problematic sample More research comparison between other assessing psychological flexibility usefulness concept ‘Fusion’
