摘要: Background: Measuring the quality of life (QOL) is important in evaluation nonclinical aspects diseases, for discovery functional and psychological limitations, choosing treatment initial phase disease. Pemphigus a potentially fatal autoimmune bullous disease caused by autoantibodies against desmogleins (cadherin family proteins desmosomes). Thus far, there has been no published study on QOL Korean patients with pemphigus. Objective: To impact pemphigus large number patients. Methods: Sixty-six enrolled at Gangnam Severance Hospital from March 2012 to 2013 were assessed using Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), anxiety depression General Health Questionnaire (GHQ).
