摘要: This paper investigates the simultaneous causal relationship between investments in information and communication technology foreign direct investment, with reference to its implications on economic growth. For empirical analysis we use data from 23 major countries heterogeneous economics development for period 1976-1999. The results of unit roots Johansen co-integration tests indicate variations degrees integration among sample countries. Our causality test suggest that there is a ICT FDI interpreted as higher level investment leads increased inflow FDI. contributes growth indirectly by attracting more investment. In developed already exist build up capacity which causes FDI, while developing must be attract further increases capacity.
