摘要: Abstract (BEDT-TTF)2CuCl2 (1), synthesized by oxidation and electrocrystallization, has been characterized single crystal X-ray diffraction, four-probe electrical conductivity, EPR magnetic susceptibility, shown to be semiconducting with σ ∼ 4 × 10−2 S cm−1 at 290 K Ea = 0.3 eV. Static susceptibility measurements suggest strongly that the material is magnetic, consisting of localized spins ( 1 2 per BEDT-TTF dimer) one-dimensional antiferromagnetic exchange (J 55 ± 5 K).
