摘要: Resume Les exacerbations sont une caracteristique majeure de l’asthme. Elles principalement liees aux infections virales. L’immunite innee et adaptative jouent un role essentiel dans la reponse antivirale l’allergie. principaux acteurs l’immunite incluent les cellules epitheliales bronchiques dendritiques. expriment des recepteurs (Toll-like recepteurs, helicases a ARN) qui reconnaissent motifs presents sur agents infectieux. Des travaux recents suggerent l’existence particularites immune pouvant favoriser le developpement l’asthme l’allergie, puis l’expression l’evolution Ainsi, cette alteration pourrait repetition exacerbations. Cette hypothese permettre caracteriser groupe patients presentant phenotype d’asthme particulier, caracterise par frequentes
