摘要: The effects of the intracisternal administration synthetic orexin-A (3 nmol) on gastric motility were examined in rats. orexin but not a vehicle induced relaxation proximal stomach lasting for more than 30 min. Phasic contractions distal facilitated response to vehicle. Facilitation was observed animals which underwent sectioning bilateral vagi at subdiaphragmatic level. Relaxation vagotomized magnitude significantly smaller that intact animals. These results suggest central facilitates and via vagi.
