摘要: Abstract Recently the concept of hard turning has gained much attention in metal cutting industry. In turning, multiple operations can be performed single step, thereby it replaces traditional process cycle. But involves very large quantities fluid. Procurement, storage and disposal fluid involve expenses environmental problem. Pure dry is a solution to this problem as does not require any at all. pure requires ultra tools extremely rigid machine tools, also difficult implement existing shop floor tool may enough support turning. context, with minimal application viable alternative wherein, small are introduced critical contact zones high velocity pulsing slugs, so that for all practical purposes resembles same time free from problems related scale use conventional wet study, parameters characterize scheme were optimized its effect on performance vibration was studied. From results, observed mode brought forth low levels better performance.
