摘要: Abstract A spherical electrostatic analyser, with an energy resolution (δE/E) less than 0.05% has been used to obtain the spectrum of 140–1000 keV/amu H and 32–500 He ions transmitted through gold films 40–160 μ g/cm2 thick. The shows a two peak structure which appears be result thin thick regions in target, being dominant fraction. stopping power region decrease target thickness between 40 100 μg/cm2, as much 20% for 32 He. If incident beam is high, 300–500 ions, or if greater 100–110 effect not observed.
