Spondylolisthesis after multiple bilateral laminectomies and facetectomies for lumbar spondylosis. Follow-up review.

摘要: ✓ The authors report a further 3-year follow-up review of series 59 patients suffering with intractable pain due to lumbar spondylosis and treated by multiple-level bilateral laminectomies facetectomies. Routine postoperative x-ray examination revealed that six had developed spondylolisthesis. Two the were symptomatic required secondary fusion procedure. Analysis who vertebral slippage 6% only two levels (L-4 L-5) removed spondylolisthesis, but in those three or more 15% showed slipped vertebrae. After an average period 6 years, 87% still worthwhile result as contrasted 91% same good after averaging 3 years.
