摘要: Estimates of the price and income elasticities demand for health insurance are derived from econometric estimates parameters a discrete choice model using data survey plan choices among sample federal government employees. The estimated elasticity (+0.01) is similar to most previous estimates. (-0.16) in absolute value much less than earlier somewhat more recent Possible causes these differences discussed.
