摘要: A comparison between the filter-based, laboratory ion chromatography technique and a semi-continuous analyzer (URG 9000B Ambient Ion Monitor [AIM]) was conducted to evaluate performance of AIM in measuring concentrations main airborne ionic species PM10. The study carried out an urban background area London (UK) 2013. two methods showed overall good correlation (R2 > 0.83) for nitrate, sulfate, chloride, ammonium, magnesium poor found sodium, potassium, calcium < 0.50). gave consistently higher sodium possibly due positive bias within sampling unit. During high concentration episodes, both efficiency particle extraction removal gases by denuder may be reduced.
