摘要: For the first time, a procedure is described for quantitative analysis of free α-keto acid content in human neutrophils (PMNs) relative to single cell number by reversed-phase fluorescence high-performance liquid chromatography. The minimally invasive and unsurpassed quality PMN separation, ease sample preparation as well stability. This method can satisfy rigorous demands an ultra-sensitive, comprehensive rapid intracellular particularly surveillance severe diseases cellular or organ dysfunction.
