摘要: The Superspin is an advanced perfusion technology which permits to obtain very high viable cell densities in animal culture. concept based on a rotating filter with mesh size slightly larger than the diameter. By varying surface speed it possible control retention rate inside reactor. A of 80–90% considered be optimal for viability and density. remained all over culture between 75–85%, was base MAb-production. In 8 I working volume, 60 g IgG-antibodies had been produced within 25 days. MAb-concentration reached values 400 mg/I. For more 300 hours concentration higher 10 million cells/ml peaked at 24.9 cells/ml. Considerations scale-up are given.
