摘要: Abstract In this paper, an approach to predict thermo-mechanically induced changes of sub-surface properties during discontinuous profile gear grinding is presented. The faces industrial boundary conditions, such as varying material stock removal well the drawback possible localized thermal damage on ground tooth flanks. basic idea consider after a function “tempering time” and temperature due short-time heat treatment by process. Consequently, time–temperature-diagram showing surface layer modifications for based measurement local contact zone temperatures has been set up.
