摘要: The Radar Cross Section (RCS) signature of the chaff cloud in millimeter wave band is useful many research fields such as radar countermeasure, target identification and discrimination, so on. To obtain RCS cloud, practical measurement an effective method. This paper introduces design implementation a bistatic which used for measurement. configuration system techniques this system, including oversampling, digital down conversion, coherent integration, interpolation, are discussed. infield experiment results presented.
