摘要: Abstract We report a simple strategy to prepare organic–inorganic hybrid nanoparticles with enhanced fluorescence. A significant fluorescence enhancement was realized by designing fluorescent small molecule of 9,9′-(6,6′-(2-(4-(1,2,2-triphenylvinyl)phenyl)-9 H -fluorene-9,9-diyl)bis(hexane-6,1-diyl))bis(9 -purin-6-amine) (TPEFA) possessing an aggregation-induced emission effect. Nanoparticles TPEFA can be formed through molecular self-aggregation gradually changing the water fraction in mixed solution tetrahydrofuran (THF) and water, about 445-fold observed after nanoparticle formation. By coating silica (SiO 2 ) shell, dispersibility these greatly improved, becoming easily separated concentrated inorganic layer coating. This method solves difficulty, common among organic nanoparticles, problematic separation because low weight. Cyanic from TPEFA@SiO clearly confocal laser scanning microscope images, cyanic spots are bright well dispersed, which proved good prepared nanoparticles. Finally, cellular internalization assay cell viability demonstrate that applied imaging.
