摘要: Anaphylaxis is defined as severe, life-threatening, systemic or general, immediate reaction of hypersensitivity, with repeatable symptoms caused by the dose stimulus which well tolerated healthy persons. The proper diagnosis, treatment and differential diagnosis are crucial for saving patient's life. However, anaphylaxis relatively frequently misdiagnosed confused other clinical entities. Thus, there a continuous need identifying detectable markers improving anaphylaxis. Here we presented currently known discussed in more detail most clinically valuable ones: tryptase, platelet activacting factor (PAF), PAF-acethylhydrolase, histamine its metabolites.
