摘要: Acoustic properties of layered perovskite SrBi2Ta2O9 (SBT) single crystals were investigated by micro-Brillouin scattering. Two elastic stiffness coefficients, c33 and c44, defined within the pseudotetragonal crystallographic axes, corresponding sound velocities determined in temperature range between 290 773 K. The longitudinal velocity propagating along c axis was found to be very small, which can related weak interlayer bonding SBT. shows marked softening on approaching ferroelectric phase transition Tc around 600 K from both high- low-temperature sides. hypersonic attenuation increases markedly Tc, seems reflect not only bilinear coupling order parameter strain phase, but also electrostrictive paraelectric phase.
