摘要: Rhythm control therapy is the main strategy for restoring and maintaining sinus rhythm in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF). Sinus better restored maintained antiarrhythmic drugs than placebo treatment. In addition, catheter ablation or combination more effective treating NVAF. However, most clinical trials to date, has resulted neutral outcomes compared rate therapy. The decision undergo should be based on age, (AF)-related symptoms, type of AF, structural heart disease, underlying comorbidities.
