摘要: Six strains of L. reuteri and 9 bifidobacteria were screened for the activity α-and β-galactosidases. Enzymatic activities measured by determining rate hydrolysis ρ-nitrophenyl-α-D-galactopyranoside o-nitrophenyl-β-D-galactopyranoside, respectively. Findings show that α-galactosidase in (0.067-0.603 Gal U/ml) was higher than produced (0.013-0.396 U/ml). α-Galactosidase DSM20016 MM2-3 comparison with other bifidobacteria. had highest (0.603 among strains. β-Galactosidase range 3.1x10 -4 -9.36 0.062-17.59 U/ml, MF14C showed β-galactosidase (17.59 (12.87 Since is considered as Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS), this could support use bacteria food industry.
