摘要: Human interleukin-15 (hIL15) exerts anticancer effects through the activities of lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells. However, its short half-life hinders clinical application. Recombinant adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (rAAV2) is used for hIL15 gene transfer vectors, because low immunogenicity and long-term expression in human trials. SV40 T/t antigens are related with many epithelial cancers generally found breast cancer. In order to demonstrate on antigen-induced cancer, rAAV2-hIL15 was constructed an transgenic mouse cancer model established. Our study showed that could express protein bioactivity. addition, activate cytotoxic activity LAK cells in vivo. Furthermore, successfully delayed growth eventually led cell death mice. summary, our indicates may be applied immunotherapy
