摘要: Soil map is one of the basic tools in any agricultural development planning and generating a digital even more effective productive for natural resources evaluation. Moreover, remote sensing GIS have added to soil classification different concept enforcement. The study aim was produce maps area following systems (ST WRB) define spatial distribution characteristics all classes area, which will be indispensable future planning. This work has been done as part 29 th Course Professional Master IAO institution, Florence, Italy. Kilte Awulaelo district Tigray region, Ethiopia, Which characterized by topographies geomorphologies with agro ecological conditions. Eleven main groups sixty types were identified area. are: Leptosols, Vertisols, Fluvisols, Stagnosols, Kastanozems, Phaeozems, Calcisols, Luvisols, Arenosols, Cambisols Regosols.  Regosols are dominant soils characteristic rainfed agriculture land affected erosion. Using each group very helpful connect forming factors. Lastly, this gave higher value final results.
