摘要: Abstract Cellulose is one of the most abundant biomass resources on earth. The enzymatic degradation cellulosic a key technology for producing cost-effective bioethanol. This chapter provides an introduction to structure and function cellulases related enzymes. A filamentous fungus, Trichoderma reesei, used microorganism in industry as source cellulolytic enzymes, two major cellulases, Cel6A Cel7A, from T. reesei have been extensively studied. Some other β-glucosidases hemicellulase, are also essential biomass. includes brief overview amylases, which enzymes conventionally production
