摘要: Abstract Objective: To evaluate the potential of spiral computed tomography (CT) densitometry lung to assess segmental perfusion defects in patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Materials and Methods: Ten known or lobar on ventilation/perfusion scintigraphy normal findings contralateral segment underwent CT thorax before after administration contrast material. Regions interest were defined 14 segments reduced perfusion. Three consecutive measurements performed each segment. Results: Those showed a significantly lower mean value enhanced scans (−813.4±57.1 Hounsfield units (HU) vs −794.0±44.8 HU, P=0.01) decreased enhancement (12.3±18.2 HU 29.8±16.6 P
