摘要: The paper presents an operationalised model for responsible decision making in corporate context. starting point is Kenneth E. Goodpaster's conception of moral responsibility. Basic empirical findings psychology are used to arrive at a robust decisions. In the proposed alternatives simultaneously evaluated from different value perspectives. Responsible defined as finding least worst alternative multidimensional space deontological, goal-achievement, and stakeholder values. Some character traits maker also provided.
