摘要: Abstract Er 3+ doped and –Yb co-doped ZnO–WO 3 –B 2 O –SiO glass-ceramics have been prepared by melt-crystallization method their properties are examined differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) fluorescence spectroscopy. The results reveal that ions or already entered into the crystalline field. up-conversion mechanism of glass ceramics is analyzed, effect Yb concentration on intensity investigated. With increase pump power, green emission at 530 nm increases faster than 552 nm. spectrum reaches a maximum when molar ratio to 1:7.
