摘要: 1. An oxidative assimilation of acetic add and glucose in darkness has been demonstrated the green alga, Chlorella pyrenoidosa . From manometric experiments it shown that 1 mol (CH2O) per 5 mols are produced. 2. The time required for complete utilization a limited amount acid or is not affected by illumination absence carbon dioxide. 3. simultaneous occurrence photosynthesis. It must therefore be concluded accumulating product photosynthesis cannot but some slowly respirable (storage) material. 4.
