摘要: Many detection technologies have been employed for perimeter detection, to sensitize a barrier. These outdoor fence sensors must reliably detect intruders attempting cut or climb the barrier, while ignoring effects of environmental noise, including nearby activity. In recent conference proceedings, new IntelliFIBER/spl trade/ fiber optic based product was introduced and compared with previous technologies. IntelliFIBER is designed provide advantages nonconductive "dielectric" cable sensor, e.g., resistance electromagnetic interference ability longer zones. It utilizes proven processor Intelli-FLEX/spl triboelectric which provides relay bidirectional networked serial communications compatible its calibration module. also capitalizes on Intelli-FLEX's adaptive algorithms that were developed through extensive field-testing, exceptional immunity alarms still detecting skilled intruder.
