摘要: Abstract The design and the simulation of high-Q microcavity ring resonators coupled to submicron-width waveguides are investigated. Nanofabrication results optical properties SiO2–TiO2 planar presented. Key parameters characterized using Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) solutions full-wave Maxwell's equations.
